We do give you our choice for temperature here in the activity. How ever we do not include visual doneness guides in the activities. Those live in the app. Sorry.
I agree with Meleni's statement. This is across several recipes. It feels like a Joule forum at times and while I understand you are promoting a product this is a paid gig we are using. Some just don't own the Joule (me specifically, by choice) and this just adds unnecessary time to research times and temp. Not the end of the world but certainly not a bonus and will be taken into consideration once my current annual subscription runs out.
This is my favorite recipe in the sous-vide sauces recipes. Simple and delicious!
I quadrupled the gravy recipe. It’s very good! Added very little salt in the beginning and adjusted to taste as I went along. The Vitamix worked much better than the stick blender to really smooth out the gravy. Great recipe. We ate it two nights in a row. 149F seemed a bit high for the chicken breasts as they were slightly tough. Maybe just my personal preference.
Oh! Another question . . . What would happen if I used less butter in the gravy? Are the proportions crucial here?
