A circular in an ice bath very quickly lowers the temperature. I would love for Chef Steps software to enable the heater element to be turned off to quickly cool a product. Currently I have to use the Anova to reach lower temperatures.

I have an Anova. How does it do this.

You can set the lower limit on my device to 41˚F. I looked at the current spec and it states 77˚ so it may have changed.
