I’m glad that you have “found” the Korean chili flakes Gojugaru - in my kitchen it’s slowly replacing all the other chilies.
I made this following the recipe exactly. I find it to be heavy on the salt side. I haven't had gojugaru before, but think I am in love now. This and the microwave technique for thyme/lemon was something fun for me to learn. Next time I will increase to 25g of gojugaru and thyme.
