So, one place you say reduce this to 1/4, or less of original volume. The recipe says just reduce to 1/2 of original volume. Which is it? Lastly, the recipe says 500g turkey stock. Is that the volume before reduction or after?
Hi Sam, not sure where you are seeing the reduce to 1/4 part of your question. But yes, as the recipe states the 500g turkey stock is what you are measuring, then reducing in half. which would get you 250g after reduction and before you add the rest of your ingredients.
If using as cranberry sauce how long can this be stored before use?
1-2 weeks in the fridge.
