I bought the countertop oven because my cruddy apartment kitchen is so poorly ventilated that it gets intolerably hot when the oven is on. So the big oven became pot and pan storage! 😄
Staub is my favorite for enameled cast iron. I have three — and would have more if I had space. Perhaps I can store them in my wall oven?
