In the Breville, what is the difference between Roasting and Convection Baking? What is the oven doing differently? Are different elements being favored?
With roast you have more of an even heat from top and bottom. Baking puts more heat from the bottom elements.
My recipe requires me to cover Roast Lamb Shawarma to be covered with aluminium foil after 90 minutes to prevent spices from burning. Can I do this in my BOV860 Smart Oven?
