This was ridiculously good fun. I want to make another batch of the herbs and alliums and just spangle that stuff on everything. I ended up leaving the salt out of mine to so that I could make sure I always get the right kick to saltiness levels, and used it in a batch of jambalaya. Amazing.
Anyways, really appreciated this one. I just got the smart oven, and this has been my favorite project so far. It was totally one of those "I can do that!?!?" kind of moments.
Agreed this was a lot of fun and really good. If your taking suggestions more content on dehydration in general and spices would be awesome.
