I made this sauce last night. I used my own pomegranate molasses and Penzeys Aleppo pepper. Although I haven't used it as a sous vide sauce (I will with chicken), it is already a winner. Some of my less-adventurous family members fell in love with it as is, and they even asked me to make them a batch. Thanks for the recipe!
