Go to the Recipe: Teriyaki Sous Vide Sauce
If you’re doing any Japanese cooking I really recommend Kadoya sesame oil. I’ve tried the usual grocery store brands but it’s worth finding an Asian market and getting the good stuff.
Did anyone find the teriyaki sauce way too salty. I used low sodium soy sauce
Is the fresh ginger grated or chopped?
Either should work Suzanne, we have diced it, microplaned it, and just thrown it in a food processor.
yes way too salty.
Disappointed with this one. Very salty, bitter, and not especially flavorful.
Measurements seem off as well. 28g of chives is a LOT. That plus the 10g of seeds makes this sauce almost more solids than liquids by volume.
If cook extra can you reheat it the next day
I tried it out and find it to be too salty and with too much ginger. horrible!
