Finally got around to making this sauce and it is fantastic. One small item needs to be updated, sugar needs to be included in the dialog "Add the liquids and blend", it is omitted.
Do the Chili’s need to be hydrated first or can they just be ground dried?
We developed from dried ground. It will hydrate in the sauce as it is cooked.
Cumin seeds, are they grounded as well?
Yes.
