Has anyone ever had any success with sous-vide polenta? I'm trying to come up with a time and temp to avoid all the stirring. To be honest, my ultimate goal is SV chestnut polenta, because that's a whoooole lot of stirring and chesnut flour makes it quite the workout after the first 20 mn.
@Fluff I've never done it myself, but then again, i don't really eat much polenta. Google has some results: https://www.google.com/search?q=sous+vide+polenta&oq=sous+vide+pol&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l3j69i60.31175j0j7&client=ms-android-hms-tmobile-us&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8
I have no idea if any of these would translate for chestnut polenta.
