I did something terribly wrong— how long should the cod be cooked?
it would be best to refer to the time and temps in the joule app. if that is what you used, what went wrong? what type of fish, weight, time, and temp did you use?

We really enjoyed the dish with the exception that it was cold. I cooked the cod per the Joule app 113 degrees. The fish was flakey, but the fish or the sauce was even slightly warm. What happened?
To answer your questions, Kyl. I had 454 gm. of room temperature cod. I pre-heated the Joule to 113, the fish was 1 1/2 inches thick for a cooking time 0f 1 hour. I made the Lemon Beurre Blanc Sous Vide Sauce. Put the cod in the food saver bag & covered the cod in the sauce. I sealed it & placed it in the Joule to cook. The food was fully submerged in the water water and I made sure their was no air. I cooked it for 1 hour.
I have cooked salmon several times using the Joule app and have never had an issue. Thank you for any help you can give me
