depends on your location, here in nyc i can get my 10L dewar filled at the rate of a 25L (since they refuse to do anything less all of a sudden) from a local welding supply vendor... nicer parts of the country but play ball a little better
How long could you hold these or do they need to be eaten right away? Could you freeze them for a while or would the interior foam totally freeze as well?

You could, but the center would freeze solid, and you would probably lose any residual carbonation as well.
