We do not, but the closest option I would recommend would be the party time chilled smoked salmon. If the smoke is not what you are looking for you can certainly leave it out and follow the rest of the steps.

You don't hold it at that temperature in a pan, that's the target temp. Once it hits your desired doneness, remove it from the heat.
