A 12-oz. package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, an onion, and 1 lb. of loose sage sausage worked great for this recipe. Prepared per the package directions then added an egg per 400 grams. Three minutes in my Presto waffle maker. Fun appetizer or snack!
