Hi Bobby, you are correct, the top half is salsa verde. The bottom half is a version of salsa matcha I am working on using pistachio, and roasted and slightly dried green chilis. Hoping it makes it as an activity at some point.

Anyone know what the delicious looking dish contains in the lower left corner of the top pic? I see a plate with what appears to be a salsa verde and it shares the plate with something that looks very delicious but I have no idea what it is.
