In the video, Grant is air frying at 240 F (per the oven display). In the written recipie it say to do 400 F. Quite a difference. In the video he does say to make sure the oven is well preheated and hot, so 400 is probably right?

Hi Jon, Grant is operating in C and is cooking at 240°c which would be right around 456°f. Our batch is certainly incorrect so thanks for pointing that out. I have updated it to be correct.
