Powder storage

For those of you that use a lot of modernist gelling agents and the like, how do you store them all?

I store mine in a victrola cabinet. They are all just in their original packaging, so it is a bit of a hodgepodge inside.

In a dark cool place

Jars, like the ones I use for storing spices, on the same shelves.
