Go to the Article: Can You Cook a Turkey in a Cauldron Filled With Salt?
I love that ya'll just did a light-hearted, fun experiment; there are only so many (practical) ways to cook a turkey. It also felt appropriate for where we're at right now. Many people are just seeing their family or getting together in a larger group for maybe the first time in 2 years, and this is a good reminder that no matter how you do it, all you need is a thermometer, a problem-solving mindset, and some no-stress sides to pull it off.
Fun video! Looks like a great meal.
Looking forward to the Turkey Spice recipe. Loved the video and experiment too. Nick's "walk away" moment was hilarious and Grant's 3 minutes of work comment sounds like something I would have said. Loved it.
Fun day!
Now we need you to post the recipe for the spice blend you used on the turkey.
Love it!!
Although fun it was very impractical and didn’t give me any take aways on making my Turkey this year

Done.
Hey there, I’m looking for the chimmichurri-like recipe. Any chance of posting that?
Love the video, thank you! Where did you get that amazing cowboy cauldron?
