Go to the Recipe: Level Up Your Thanksgiving Stuffing Into Epic, Crispy, Air-Fried Muffins
Awesome! Can I hold them a day after the first bake and finish them right before serving?
That should work great.
I make something very similar with leftover dressing. I mixed leftover homemade cranberry sauce with jalapenos, some cumin, tiny bit of cinnamon and salt and just a little cranberry juice to thin it down to make a dipping sauce. I bake my muffins in a mini muffin pan. We make appetizers with all the leftovers and eat them the day after Christmas when we are cleaning up and putting our gifts away. We are all adults now and leave the opened little presents around the tree for Christmas day. Love this site.
Can I, uh, make these without eggs?
Try the flax egg trick just like the brownies. The flax will act as a binder. 21 grams of flax meal with 125 grams of hot water will equal the 3 eggs.
Add the creme of mushroom base on these and it is a wonderful twist on biscuits and gravy
Matthew, you're a fucking beast... just tried the flax egg trick... OMG!
Might be dumb, but is it 600 grams of cooked stuffing? Or 600 grams of raw mix (then cooked according to mix directions)?
HELP! Recipe for 6 muffins states 600 grams of stuffing mix, BUT each box (as pictured) only holds 170grams (6 oz). One 6 oz box states 6 servings and the recipe for 4 times the amount says 6 muffins. 3 eggs for how much store bought stuffing???
I made these as part of my holiday feast yesterday. It turned out great and my guests were thrilled by this variation on stuffing. Thank you for this fun and fantastic recipe!
Just made these for the first time today and they turned out fantastic.
