Seems the flake salt is added at step 6 after press but before bake, but that specific part isn’t listed. Is that correct?

A great recipe that we’ve been using for a while.

We forgot and chucked some in when turning the cookies in the oven- most stuck and I think it had the advantage of it not dissolving into the dough
