I did something similar, but used Masienda's masa harina for the pancakes. It came out pretty well. I think the flavor is a little different from using corn kernel's that haven't been nixtamalized

The complete ingredients list at the top states 200 g milk (and the video appears to use that amount as well), however the "Mix wet ingredients" instructions step calls for 300 g milk. This is just a typo, right? Hoping to try this soon and just wanted to double check.
