Is this *really* supposed to be 1.5g of butter?? I'm thinking maybe 15, or a tablespoon.
ETA Yes, I see in step 1 it's supposed to be 1.5 tablespoons, not grams. It's incorrect in the ingredient list.
If butter can go from brown to burnt in a split second, what Control Freak settings/schedule would you recommend to help mitigate this issue?

Low and slow at around 300°F. You can also set intensity levels on the Control freak. So, you could go at a higher temperature at a low intensity level for quicker brown butter. Whisking as it browns will make the most even brown butter and prevents sticking.
