Trick or treat

Jan 12 order arrived today. Did a ribeye and a strip steak. You know... for science. Followed the basic steak instructions almost to a T. My yard is full of bay trees, so fresh bay leaves are an easy get. Cooked to medium rare and finished with butter in a cast iron skillet. Shared with several neighbors that were over with their little ghosts and goblins. All comments were of the, "Holy crap. This is the best steak ever." variety.
