Butter sauces really do not come back together well after they have cooled. I would not recommend it.

I had the opposite feeling, yes if you put it in the fridge you have to reheat it - but it's amazing the day after, I'm putting this stuff on everything.
I just made this tonight, with no substitutions in the ingredients and it was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 will be making this again.
Could I prepare the wine and vinegar reduction beforehand?
