The recipe doesn't seem to match the video. There is no rack in the video (and no foil-covering)?
And the ribs, if you follow the recipe, are like shoe leather
That wasn't my experience. I thought they were great when done with the foil technique.
Would it be possible to get some acidity to these earlier? Maybe add lemon juice along with the olive oil?
I love this recipe. Any side dish suggestions?
How spicy are these at the finish?
