Go to the Recipe: Ceviche Negro
I've made this twice and it's 100% amazing. However, in the recipe (for the oven method, which I followed) the tomatoes did not char to the extent shown in the photos or description. After 60-90 minutes in the oven, I just took the tomatoes out and proceeded as described and the results were great.
this looks excellent. I do wonder though, it’s quite a lot of ash to be consuming. Is it not carcinogenic?
