Sure can Stan. You might have to adjust how much you do at a time depending on large yours is.
Really good! I really liked the flavors. I thought it would be a good idea to add the "perfect mash potatoes" but I don't think the textures worked with the gravy and potatoes although it was tasty!
Do you have a gluten free version of this recipe?
We did not. But I would start with finding a gluten free panko substitute, use a gluten free flour mix for the breading step. Then for the gravy I like to sub out mochiko sweet rice flour for the flour in the gravy. That should do it.
One quick question. Neither I nor my partner can stand the taste of mayo when used in sandwiches or dips. Does the cooking process here break down the mayo enough to alter/remove the taste, or is this step an absolute no for us?
We used best foods brand and I would say no you didn't taste it at all. Simply there for the oil and egg binder.
