Go to the Recipe: Vegan Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pudding
Another vegan pudding recipe win. So far my wife and I like the lighter texture of the butterscotch and coffee versions, but this is still really good. No surprise it is denser given the chocolate and peanut butter mass that goes in. I did find this one harder to get back up to 93C. If I was going to do it again I might melt the chocolate in the microwave first to have less heat-drop. Also I need to figure out how to stop steam-scalding myself as I dip my temperature probe into the vortex.
