Jan 12 order arrived

I got my January 12th order today and promptly made a ramen egg. Wow, so good. I was really impressed at how quickly Joule brought my water up to 194F. I fear my Sous Vide Supreme isn't going to get much use now that I have Joule.

I find that I still use the Supreme for long term cooking (like 24 hour bacon) which keeps Bob (Joule) free for other things. At least that's how it is now....until Bob Jr (second Joule ordered in August) lands on my doorstep!! Then...who knows!!

Yeah, my Sous Vide Supreme will still get some love for bigger jobs. It will also be nice when I want to cook two separate dishes at different temps, though I could definitely see myself getting a second Joule as well.
