Absolutely delicious meatballs. The ratio of the ingredients is just right, with a nice balance of savouriness, aroma, and heat. Will be using them tomorrow as part of my Bahn mi(pate, pickles and meatballs done, just the rolls to do in the morning). I just wish I had doubled the recipe as I could eat all of them right now.
