Unless I'm missing something, the oil amounts in the various steps seem mistyped. Step 4, for example, specifies 210g neutral oil, but the text description asks only to put 28g into the wok.

this recipe was just OK in the taste department and took a lot of effort. I wouldn't make it again.
What outdoor wok burner do you recommend?
Scaled the recipe down by half, and I thought it was incredible! I also thought it was relatively simple, but I stir-fry quite a bit. I have some thoughts on the hor fun, which I'll post over in that recipe.
