What a fantastic salsa! Very quick to make, has a nice heat, at least for myself. This one will be going into rotation for sure.
Great bright and lively salsa which can easily be adapted! I didn't have any habanero peppers so used about 10 green thai peppers. It came out really well and was creamy. It wasn't earth-scorchingly hot but had a very pleasant warmth - but also a lot of intrinsic flavor from all ingredients. A definite keeper!

Made this for carne asada tacos. Delicious. I took the seeds out after toasting the habaneros on a comal. Wish I left them in, could have used a little more heat. Will definitely be making this again.
