This was a lot better than I expected, and I expect a lot from this site. Simple and crazy delicious. I didn't do it exactly the same way, had some Opah filets (moonfish) , not a whole fish. I also figured out a hack for Pandan rice, cook rice in coconut water and put a small amount of vanilla in it. This recipe rocks and is not hard to cook.
