testing this today, so far so good. but i would have expected a simple test to determine the effective power of your microwave vs mine... and anyone else... because.... at this point.... it feels more like a boiled roast. I may keep this when i have no time for my usual.... in a tight fitted lid, in the oven at 175-180F overnight.... no nothing just a nice pork shoulder.... with the bone in. never fails.
