This is great! I have been using this technique for some time, taught from the Chinese step mother-in-law. Might try it with chicken livers, maybe even some beef liver and other cuts from the cow that I can't get motivated to find a use for. Fried rice has always been a great way to use leftovers in the past. Love fried rice. I learned about adding butter watching teppanyaki chefs and always thought it was cheating until I tried it and the fat definitely levels up the flavor.
The host isn't as charismatic as Grant.

What happened to the Recipes gallery? I can't explore/look for interesting recipes to make anymore. I have to either look at whatever is featured or know what I want to make to search for it? Come on guys.
