Something is wrong here. Ingredients for muffin dough weighs more than 1,500 grams. If there is supposed to be 100 grams in each muffin form this should yield 15 muffins not 6.
Each muffin gets approx 200-220 g of batter plus ~36 g struesel plus some glaze.
Hi Kristian, you use 2x scoops per muffin. Layering inclusions in between the scoops.
What does dry milk contribute? and can I substitute with dried whole milk?
