You mention skinning the peppers in the narrative but there is no step for that in the recipe. Peeled peppers would be nice here but roasting them and peeling would take away the crisp texture you refer to furtheer along in the recipe. Whatcha thoughts?
That first paragraph is a reference to what is common, and a bit softer, the reason why we lightly cook ours and do not peel. For the texture. You are correct we do not peel ours.
What happened to the Recipes gallery? I can't explore/look for interesting recipes to make anymore. I have to either look at whatever is featured or know what I want to make to search for it? Come on guys.
