Where is the end of the story?
This is fascinating. Are you going to make a suggestion for what blenders we should buy? I need one badly but I just have not been able to decide which to purchase. Everyone is so hot for the Vitamix machines but $600 for a blender that is WAY too big for my counter seems steep. Also, if possible, I would like to buy a blender in such a way that ChefSteps will get the revenue for it.
Does a food processor do the same thing or different?

LOVE this AMAZING video. Thank you! This will be shown to all my students in our culinary classes. Fascinating! Keep 'em coming. Love bringing science into our classes. . Bravo!
Awesome video and really cool information
Merridith — We're fans of the Waring blenders and very, very soon we will be selling them in our store. We think they're a better way to go than overpay for a Vitamix.
Thank you for this FANTASTIC VIDEO DEMO!
Best work yet! I have already asked for a quote for the Waring blenders for our school. Of course I thought you were nuts when you put the golf balls in there. Years ago we had the giant Waring with the stainless cup, around 4 litres - it made the best purees and I never understood exactly why until I saw your vid.
