What happened to the Recipes gallery? I can't explore/look for interesting recipes to make anymore. I have to either look at whatever is featured or know what I want to make to search for it? Come on guys.
Hi Larry, If you scroll down to the bottom of the Homepage there's a link to the to the old recipe gallery, hopefully that's the one your looking for.
There is another place to access the gallery. If you click the search magnifying glass icon located top right of the tool bar on top of the screen, it takes you to the viewing gallery.
I have some pickled pine mushrooms that I made kicking about, do you think I could add maybe 10% of the cooked mushroom weight in pickled mushrooms to add some sharpness and additional mushroom flavour? I imagine I'd want to hold out the sherry vinegar and check for taste after putting the filling together?
Oh for sure you can. Drain and pat dry. You can simply add it the recipe and leave sherry vinegar out, but taste the filling after you blend it. You may find that adding the sherry vinegar will make everything sing little louder, even with your pickled addition.
