Would love to see you guys re-hash the homemade Kewpie-style mayo recipe for the stick blender. The vinegar in that version probably makes it have a longer shelf life than citrus and is useful for those who can't finish a jar of mayo within a few days. Also, it's impossible to get egg yolk powder and glucose syrup easily here in the UK in small quantities.
