I love this content but it seems like pushing the new product after the rather than the original Joule (which is also not available outside the US). e.g. why bother poaching the fillet mignon rather than suspending it in a bag of poaching liquid and setting the temp? My Joule died a few months ago after daily use sometimes running for a week at a time,
