Can't even begin to tell you how much these authentic Mexican recipes slap!
I happened to be in Denver for the weekend and was able to purchase all of the ingredients except the Mexican chocolate at the local markets and this was an awesome mole that my Mexican friends talked about all night! Unfortunately, I spend most of my time in a small town in Wisconsin where finding many of these ingredients is next to impossible. Either way, go for this awesome recipe!
