Confused by the control freak blurb in Step 4. The normal instructions say to boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. The control freak instructions say to keep at 225 for the whole rice cooking process. That doesn't seem right but I'm a novice at induction cooking. Is that the correct way to cook rice on the control freak?
