After seeing the Facebook update that CS will be taking more orders for Joules (and the amount of criticism, yikes people!), I went to the order summary page on my account. The info has been updated slightly, with the date of my order listed along with the statement that my order will arrive by the end of November. Yay! I'm happy there's some more information for the estimates for shipping, as I've been following the 'when you get the email' thread religiously.
Just giving an update for those others waiting patiently for their Joules! Might not get mine by Thanksgiving but I'll take the wait because I know it will be worth it and I know CS is working hard to get everything shipped in time. Already planning my first few meals....
