The other option is to roll the sliced bread through a pasta machine to desired thickness. It works.
Very careful slicing with a fine-toothed serrated blade of the frozen bread. But, honestly, it's hard to go this thin without an electric slicer.
Any recommendations for slicing without the electric slicer?
