Go to the Recipe: Pho Soup with Aromatics
In the picture I used regular Basil as my local store was out of Thai Basil. It still tasted great but my preference would be the Thai Basil. You can find the broth recipe in Modernist cooking at home, pressure cooked brown beef broth on Chefsteps, and I found the pork Dumplings on allrecipes. I omitted the wonton wrappers and used them more as pork balls. The tri tip was smoked for 3 hours and sous vide for 24 hours at 56C.
