Hi this might be a stupid question but is there any other way of shock freezing things like this other than with liquid nitrogen? I cant get any where i am as they will only supply labs etc... Could you use dry ice at all to create a similar effect? You guys are amazing and have changed my whole thinking about food, drinks, techniques and given foodies around the world inspiration so THANK YOU!!
