Tried this really good I used golden beets also and homemade crème fresh
I would add vinegar to the beets when I boil them to keep their colour.
Wondering if you can SV the beets instead of braise
you sure can
Can you season the beets the day before?
Then serve it or just before you serve?
Never cut beets tops and bottoms while boiling. You will lose all the colour and taste. Peel them after boiling.
