this is the best pastrami ever just finished my second on going to serve it with the potato salad just finished the dill brined cucumbers. question can I still use the brine I made for the pickled mustard about a month ago by adding new mustard seed ? just trying to save steps here

the recipe for pastrami bites calls for 9kg of water do you mean 9 liters ?? if not how can convert kg to volume ?
